Built on the foundations of La Bella Boutique, our academy brings together Tiffany, Nikki, Faith and Toni. Each brings their own specialist knowledge, practical experience and passion for teaching.

We provide professional training across aesthetics, laser and IPL, hairdressing, nail technology, lashes, brows and advanced beauty treatments. Our approach combines flexible online learning where applicable, hands-on practical training and individual guidance.

Aesthetics educator

Tiffany Davies

Your pathway into aesthetics.

Tiffany delivers the academy’s aesthetics training. The Pathway to Aesthetics includes online theory and six practical days, covering Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology, facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, foundation Botox, foundation dermal fillers and complications training.

Full course details and prices are being finalised. Entry requirements and eligibility for injectable treatments must be checked before enrolment.

Laser & IPL educator

Nikki Webster

Science-led learning. Practical confidence.

Nikki brings together a background in hairdressing, beauty, advanced treatments and science with practical Laser & IPL experience. Her teaching combines underpinning theory with hands-on training and continued support beyond the classroom.

Hair, lash & beauty educator

Faith Davies

A welcoming place to find your confidence.

Faith specialises in hairdressing, lash extensions, lash lifting, brow treatments and facial therapies. Her friendly, relaxed teaching style helps learners feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. Theory, practical demonstrations and individual guidance bring together technique, client care and safety.

A choice of individual courses and combined programmes, with optional starter kits on selected lash, brow and facial courses.

Nails, beauty & aesthetics educator

Toni Reed

Strong foundations. Room to create.

Toni brings almost 10 years of hands-on industry experience, specialising in nail enhancements, nail artistry, lash and brow treatments and beauty therapies. Her teaching focuses on understanding the reasoning behind each technique, mastering the foundations and developing confidence to work professionally.

Online theory is followed by demonstrations, guided practical training and individual feedback at La Bella Boutique in Warsop.
